Summary:

The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning tasks at Twinstate Technologies Headquarters. Cleaner will meet Company standards to comply with COVID Safety Regulations. A cleaning schedule will be supplied. Cleaner will report hours to HR weekly. All hours to be in by Monday 9:00 am. This will be a part time position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of all offices, areas at headquarters
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace lining of trash cans
  • Clean windows and mirrors
  • Dust and disinfect work areas
  • Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
  • Waxing floors (per schedule, when requested)
  • Steam clean carpets (per schedule, when requested)
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Stock restrooms
  • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
  • Keep janitor closet clean and organized
  • Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected
  • Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
  • Run errands when needed
  • Any other duties assigned

  • Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
  • Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
  • Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements
  • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
  • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
  • Organized
  • Attention to detail
