We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide general and specialized administrative support to the President/CEO for a fast-paced, multi-site business. Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be dependable, adept when learning new tasks, and creative when tackling challenges. Must work with a sense of urgency, respect confidentiality, and be a team player.
In this position, the employee will provide direct support to the President/CEO and perform such duties as: answer phones; communicate with customers, prospects, business partners, vendors, and co-workers; and draft/prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and proposals. Excellent verbal and written skills, strong initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are imperative.
