Twinstate Technologies is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Operations Department of our innovative and growing Technology business. The ideal candidate will be business minded and ensure that Operations is functioning both efficiently and effectively. We are looking for someone with proven success managing a multi-faceted and dynamic environment while striving for maximum productivity, and exceptional Client Satisfaction, as well as solid profitability. Being highly skilled in human resources, finance, technology and IT management is essential. Maintaining an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion is key, and the ultimate responsibility of this position is to increase operational efficiency. This leader will work with the operations team to encourage the use of automation, implementing and following standard processes, and effectively use tools to foster excellence and efficiency.

Our ideal leader will be in-tune with our Operations Team and maintain an active understanding of employee performance through goal setting and consistent check-ins and reviews. Creating an environment where all employees are contributors and performing to a consistent, productive level is important. Operations leaders need to make sure their management team keeps them informed of individuals who are excelling and individuals who are falling behind in crucial competencies.

Our goal is consistency across the board, but especially within Operations. An effective manager should encourage employees to perform at their peak and empower those who aren’t through training and mentoring. Another skill required in this position is the ability to determine the most effective supply chain for delivering products and services to our clients, maximizing productivity, minimizing risk and effectively responding to fluctuations in demand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy for exceptional service by implementing best in class technologies and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure exceptional client experience and company goals are being met.
  • Identify specific changes or needs that will help move company towards goals by collaborating, designing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Work with People Operations and Training Coordinator for the recruitment, hiring and training of new employees.
  • Understand the Managed Services Industry and keep abreast of current and evolving best practices
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and monitor team productivity and address any issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to ensure all teams are working towards the same goals.
  • Launch new initiatives and projects that improve upon support-related processes to meet changing client demands and business needs.
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational teams, processes and procedures to enhance and increase the organization’s internal capacity providing scalability through better use of technology, training and skills.


  • Previous experience at an MSP or similar transferrable skill is a plus
  • 5+ years of Operations Management
  • Strong technical background
  • Strong IT skills, including database development
  • Solid understanding of financial and account reporting
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and client service
  • Skilled in conflict management and business negotiation processes
