Job Summary:
We’re
seeking a driven Junior Client Experience
Specialist to manage client relationships and support our Technical
Solutions Consultant (TSCs). In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of
clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure clients receive outstanding
service. You’ll also play a key role in scheduling meetings, managing
follow-ups, and providing sales support.
This

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned client
accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell
opportunities to grow revenue.
- Support TSCs by scheduling key
meetings and managing follow-up tasks.
- Maintain accurate client data
in CRM systems and generate reports as needed.

Solid understanding and experience with standard applications, including
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and a quick
learner when it comes to adapting to additional software as needed.
